Installation: Our baby hydromassage baths are shipped in a single piece and fully pre-installed. When the product arrives at the customer's address, the task will be to connect it to the electrical network, drain, and water supplies using built-in extendable hoses for this purpose. If the customer does not wish to carry out the connection themselves, our technical service can handle this task if requested.
Shipping Costs: Whirlpoolbaths are free of charge to any point in the UK mainland. Please contact us directly for deliveries to Northern Ireland, as well as the Republic of Ireland and the Isles belonging to the British Isles, as it will be necessary to provide a delivery quote.
Assembly and Installation: Our whirlpool baths are shipped in one piece and come completely pre-installed. When the product arrives at the customer's home, the task involves connecting it to the mains (220-240 V / 50 Hz), the sewer (32mm), and the water inlets using the extension hoses already included with the bathtub for this purpose (1/2''). Please note that the bathtub does not come with a plug and must be installed by a qualified technician to ensure proper connection and safety. If the customer does not wish to carry out the connection themselves, our technical service can take care of this task upon request.
