All our equipments, including the swim spa and counter-current pool, arrive at the customer's address fully installed and ready to use. Of course, especially with pools, professional startup is recommended to help verify all the its functions and components. Inside, you will also find guides that will show you the different functions of the equipment as well as the most appropriate water maintenance.
However, before receiving your hydromassage pool, it is essential to consider some important aspects:
Hydromassage pools can be installed anywhere (rooftops, terraces, courtyards, or gardens), but it is important that the surface is as level as possible to prevent the level sensors from failing. If you do not have a level surface, the best option is to pour a thin layer of well-level concrete that you can then be covered with tiles or even artificial grass. There is also the alternative of including adjustable feet in the equipment if you request it.
It will be necessary to have an individual electrical pre-installation: a 6 to 10 mm section cable with its own differential and circuit breaker, only for the pool. Any electrician can do this work easily, it is something commonly carried out for the installation of other equipment such as ceramic hobs in kitchens or air conditioners. If you're not entirely sure, have your electrician call us directly. We'll address any concerns, wether they're yours or of the professionals you hire!
Last but not least, you'll need to have a water outlet near the pool. Initially, filling is done simply with a hose, but if you request it, we can additionally install inlet water intakes, both manual and automated. This way, you avoid having to do constructin work to introduce pipes!
AND WHAT ABOUT EMPTYING THE HYDROTHERAPY POOL? HOW DOES IT WORK?
In the corner of the skirt, you will find a thread with which to drain directly into the ground. You can also connect a hose to conduct the water to a drain or pit.
Everything related to the electrical part must be carried out by a qualified electrician, thus avoiding major problems, and of course, following current regulations that guarantee optimal safety. However, regarding drainage, the options are much more varied: from installing a drain under the pool, to conducting the water outlet to a nearby pit (by connecting a long hose to the drain pipe of the pool) or more professional installations such as those provided by automatic drainage outlets, which by means of a button, conveniently empty the equipment.
In the following section you will find information on the maintenance and care of hydrotherapy pools: WHAT MAINTENANCE DOES A HYDROTHERAPY POOL REQUIRE?
