Our outdoor hot tubs are delivered pre-installed and ready for use at the customer's address (a start-up is recommended to help verify and understand all the functions of the device). Inside the equipment, you will find a guide with different sections. Important matters such as its setup or water maintenance are extensively covered so that you can make the most of each bath.

However, before receiving your outdoor hot tub, you should consider three basic aspects:

Ground level: Ensure the ground where the spa bathtub will be placed is properly leveled. Wether on your terrace, garden, attic, or any other location, a flat and even surface is essential for optimal operation. If the terrain is uneven, consider applying a layer of concrete or opting for our adjustable feet installation service to level the ground. You can then enhance the area with artificial grass or tiles for added aesthetic appeal!

Electrical requirements: You will need a dedicated electrical circuit for the hot tub, typically ranging between 4 and 10 mm insize, equipped with a differential and a magnetic circuit breaker depending on the chosen model. Don't worry about the technicalities - simply engage a qualified electrician and instruct them to contact us if any doubts. We'll take care of the rest!

Water supply: Ensure there is a nearby water source for filling the outdoor hot tub. While our equipment typically does not include buit-in water inlets (which can be added as an optional extra), you can easily fill the spa using a hose, eliminating the need for additional plumbing works. This way, no additional works are necessary!

AND WHAT ABOUT DRAINING THE HOT TUB? HOW DOES IT WORK?

In the bottom corner of the skirt, you'll find a piece that allows for direct draining onto the ground. Alternatively, you can also attach a hose to this piece and redirect the water to a sink or nearby drain. It's as simple as that.

While we emphasise the importance of hiring a professional electrician to carry out the pre-installation, for drainage the options are diverse. For instance, you may choose not to prepare any drainage system and simply connect the drainage thread to a hose when needed, directing the water to a drain cover as described previously.

In the next section, we will provide information on spa bathtub care and maintenance: WHAT MAINTENANCE DOES AN OUTDOOR HOT TUB REQUIRE?

Would you like more information on this matter? Do you have any questions about the preparations and would you prefer our technicians to handle them? Contact us, and we will inform you without obligation.
