How do our Shipping Costs work?

Is it worth customising an order?
Absolutely, we're convinced of its value. Waiting 3 to 4 months for delivery ensures you receive a product customised to your needs and preferences, making it a worthwhile investment in the long run.
Can I request different measurements for a sauna?
Certainly, we can change the measurements as well as its shape, door placement and seats. You can even pick wether you prefer a sauna with a traditional heater or with an infrared system.
Assembly
What installation does it require?
For equipment with a power exceeding 3000W, we recommend installation through a separate line and differential from the electrical panel. Specific parameters will depend on the model and its power.
Do you have technical support in case of a breakdown?
Yes, we do have technical support in all the British and Irish Isles.
How is the water quality maintained in spas and swimming pools?
Our equipment features a filtration and disinfection system, which, when combined with the recommended bromine tablets for maintenance, allows you to use the same water for many months.

Do all the equipments have guarantee?
Of course. All our models come with a guarantee according to the law; furthermore, we have spare parts available both within and outside the warranty period. Please contact our after-sales department to process any issues.

If the equipment is in stock, the delivery time is 7-12 business days for mainland UK and 10-15 business days for Northern Ireland, as well as the Republic of Ireland, and the Isles belonging to the British Isles. For custom orders, please contact us, and we will inform you of the delivery time.
How is the delivery made? Does it include a crane?
The delivery is made to the curb, using a platform truck for unloading (except for pools or large equipment). If you require a crane service, please consult with us: we are familiar with reliable companies both on the mainland and on the isles, which can offer you a competitively priced quote for the service.
